I started out my insulation career in 1982 as an insulation installer and after 5 years moved into sales. During those years I also managed a location in Oshkosh before I eventually ended up back in De Pere. I’m involved in managing all day to day operations. My main position is to oversee our commercial sales division. My favorite part of my job is meeting and working with other people. In my spare time, I head north to work on our family cabin and do a little fishing and hunting with my 3 boys.

I started in the insulation business in 1996. My previous experience was estimating welding and metal fabrication projects. Reading plans made my transition into the insulation industry easier. Today I’m still doing sales but also handle other management duties. We wear a lot of hats in this company and I enjoy the variety of tasks they include. I often spend my free time hunting, fishing and riding my motorcycle.

I came to Hometown in 2011 after graduating from college and relocating to the Green Bay area. Insulation sales was not what I had in mind after college but sales was. I took a chance on Hometown and they took a chance on me. With the amount of experience around me, it didn’t take long for me to realize that this may just work out. The thing I like most about my job is the flexibility and variety of tasks that working for a small family-owned business provides. My hobbies outside of work include hockey, softball, and golf.

I got into Insulation in 2000 as an installer.  After about 10 years of installing insulation, I transitioned into sales and management.  Spending time in the field made it easy to go into sales.  I work with my customers from start to finish on a project and enjoy the interaction with our clients.  I have been in sales for the past 10 years.  I am new to Hometown but I  enjoy working for a family owned business.  In my free time I enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time with my four boys.

In 2001 I left construction to take a chance on an insulation sales position in Eau Claire. I felt that my experience in construction would help me during the learning curve. Today I handle the Eau Claire area sales and work together with Dave to manage the day to day operations. I take pride in seeing the progression of our installer’s workmanship and the quality of service we provide. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and our 3 daughters. We travel most weekends to gymnastics competitions and sporting events for the kids.

I began my insulation career in 1995. In 2000, I was asked to open a branch in Eau Claire and to handle all management duties. Today, I’m still in Eau Claire and running the Hometown branch. My job is made easier because I’m surrounded by a variety of people that have been in this industry as long as I have been and some many years longer. Everyone knows what is expected and works together as a team. I believe that there is not a product on the market or an insulation system that we don’t have experience with. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and hunting every chance I get.

I started out as an insulation installer in 1996. I worked with both fiberglass and spray foam for 15 of those years. In 2011 I was promoted to production manager in the Eau Claire branch. My production duties include quality control, job-site management, and generally work with the crews on a daily basis. I also manage inventory, equipment and our fleet of trucks. Outside of the office, I’m a family man who loves to fish and hunt. We spend a lot of time on the ATV’s with both my children and grandkids.
